The Star of Bethnal Green, the area’s finest boozer, is situated in the heart of Bethnal Green offering great food, established and up and coming nights with top notch DJs to boot plus rocking Roast dinners… not to mention the best quiz night in town!

Opened by Rob Star (mulletover/Eastern Electrics) in April 2008, The Star has fast became an important resource and destination for late-night revelers to escape the increasingly commercialised bars and pubs of Shoreditch & Brick Lane. It also serves as a floating workspace for the area’s creative clientele offering free wi-fi and serving superb coffee and tea throughout the day.

Today the pub includes a 7 day a week kitchen serving up traditional stone-baked pizzas and home-cooked delicacies - including £5 lunchtime meal deals during weekdays, a Luxury Karaoke room, plus an amazing function room.

Detailed Description

At the star we endeavor to source all our ingredients from local suppliers in and around London and the Home Counties. All of our food is made fresh each day on site by our dedicated team of kitchen staff. We will keep in sync with the seasons and change our menu at least 4 times per year. However some of our dishes will remain on the menu all year round. Our Sunday Roasts are locally famous and our veg is not only organic but our roast meat is free roaming
