Now closed down and boarded up, we'll keep an eye out for any developments.

Yea Baring Hall is one of the nice landmarks left in Grove Park. It is now for sale let us hope the new owners keep the original exterior. and not turn it into another Downham shed. You know the latest cheap fad: flat roofed square building with bits of coloured plastic or planks of wood stuck on it's frontage, under the pretence of being ecological and stylish. Please note wealthy architects, we are not stupid people living in Grove Park just poor because we work and pay UK taxes!!
