Now renamed the Clarendon (back to it's original name), we recall it describes itself as ale and cider house, along with Thai food prominently advertised. The Saturday night we walked by, a half-empty private party meant we couldn't go in for a review, but peering through the misty windows we could see the pool table has gone, along with other items which gave the place character. When it's open to the public, we'll go for a look.
