The Fat Controller, Harrow
FancyaPint?'s review...
Above average town centre pub, with good beers, cheap food and a friendly atmosphere. The music is about the right volume, there are interesting signs nailed to the walls and there is a real fire. Recommended if you're in the area.

I cannot believe your reviewer liked this cess-pit. It is always full of yobs and sluts, the staff are abyssmal even by Harrow standards (some of the worst in Britain) and the "food" is surely the rejects from Iceland which is next door. In fact, do yourself a favour......go to Iceland, buy some beer and drink it in a skip. You'll thank me for the advice.
Appalling place. Soulless, characterless (except the "characters" in checked shirts, Burberry caps and needle-marked arms.
Avoid it and all other Harrow town centre pubs and go the The Castle....a real pub with real beer.
