The Imperial, Piccadilly
FancyaPint?'s review...
A relatively quiet pub during the day - it's enough off the beaten track that most tourists don't find it. Although a good, central place to meet people in town its tranquility is broken by that horrible sounding Swiss clock thingy every hour on the hour. Still, its traditional pub feel (including fine guest ales) offers something a bit different to the chain pubs of Leicester Square.

visited this summer - nothing wrong with the location, the beer etc., but customer service absolutely shocking (one of the bartenders). spilt drink on my mate's trousers after literally pushing past him, walked off without saying anything, then just said "sorry" really dismissively when i complained.
