A fine corner site and interesting bow-fronted 30's style architecture contains a classic pub for boys of whatever age to play. One bar boasts three pool tables as well as a big Sky screen, darts and various fruit machines. The other manages just with a biggish screen and two standard televisions - and more fruit machines. Clean and tidy with Boddington and Flowers on tap, quiz, karaoke and live music nights, it's a TV producers' caricature of the working-class basic family boozer so not everyone's glass of mild.

well i see no one has updated recently on the mannor no night club ever materialised new managment again although the pub is having a major facelift shortly as the out side looks like a crack den but inside was pleasent kareoke every friday very reasonably priced beer and what seemed to be a nice atmosphere . The new managment are quite amusing as they are 2 guys that are completely at opposite ends of the earth one is smiling constant and happy while the other just seems like well ... make ur own mind up but altogether what an amazing night thank you to all esp the manager with the frown (we know its an act )

well after reading the last report for 2004 ,on the manor I feel sad A new manager took over the pub in 2007 and what a big change he has put in and still doing the garden looks fab, brick walls, making it more private, BBQ/bar on way out side with tv's ,staff make you welcome,disco nites are good also karaoke,disco lights make it more like a club, but been told the pool room will become a nite club at weekends open till 4am with guest DJs and live drag shows which was on last week on saturday nite top marks well mixed crowd

good fun all round manager is gay staff not will recomend any time ,just watch eddie the manager he is fun love big boobs!!! but also men you,ll have a good time shame the person you left the feed back has not been back from 2004 ?
