The Pineapple, Lambeth
FancyaPint?'s review...
Search about on the back streets and you'll still come across a few pubs like The Pineapple - neat little boozers, quietly going about the business of keeping their regulars happy. There's room enough here for a pool table, a couple of screens and enough space if a yarn and a few drinks is all that's required. Unlikely that many will be beating a path to this one's door, but those lost in SE1 - perhaps taking a wrong turning on the way to the Imperial War Museum - could stumble upon a lot worse.

Visited this establishment on the 01/01/13 at approx. 0100 New Years Day I Found the Staff very friendly & helpful & there was a very good selection of beers at a very reasonable price, unlike some of the venues in this area. that seemed to be hiking there prices up? I asked one particular member of staff if she could make my partner a coffee not a problem sir was the reply, & with two biscuits, this really was good old fashioned service with a smile. Thanks to all the staff at The Pineapple
