The Quill, Putney
our final review

The name of this pub, combined with its location in leafy Putney might put one in mind of a genteel pub frequented by writers. Far from it, it's essentially an estate pub. Yes, even Putney has its estate pubs. As far as these things go, it's OK, but nothing special. London Pride on draught, and usual selection of lagers and bottled beers. We did notice a pool table, but didn't inspect too closely, due to the collection of be-mulleted and moustachioed drunk locals congregating around it. Worth a visit? Not especially.
Demolished to make way for luxury flats well, it is Putney.
