In the anonymous suburban sprawl of Greenford, this is an anonymous, if not unpleasant barn of a pub. Classic inter-war pub design, this vast place is far from unpleasant with its dark wood panelling, but doesn't have much character. On the plus side it's very handy for a quick pint if you're waiting for a train and the beer we tried was all good - especially the Director's. It also has a very big big screen if you want to catch some sport.
