The Redback, Acton
FancyaPint?'s review...
Leave your sensibilities at the door of the Redback or expect them to be dragged out of you and trampled underfoot. This is not a normal pub, but instead aims for dispossessed Aussies and their followers who are looking for a ker-razy and wild time. No pretence here: people here are happy to tell you they've come for a 'piss-up' and couldn't care less about the government's nannying sensible drinking campaigns; its like a Walkabout with an attention deficit disorder. If you're young and want to have fun in a loud, raucous place with a late licence then this will be perfect for you - just watch out for the officious bouncers.
