The Rose (ex-Fulham Tup), Fulham
FancyaPint?'s review...
After several identity shifts (once The Legless Ladder, then The Fulham Tup and then closed for months), this pub has recently been spruced up and reopened as a local boozer-cum-foodie venue. It's now a welcoming place with a real fire for winter and a nice garden out the back for warmer days. The bar staff were friendly and warm and the atmosphere is relaxed and not too hectic. Unlike in some gastropubs, particularly in this area, we didn't feel sidelined in favour of people eating while we drank our decent pint of Doom Bar. We didn't try the food but the chef has come from the popular Havelock in Shepherd's Bush and if the food here is even half as good as the food there, it's worth trying. The Rose is a little bit off the beaten track but you won't regret walking a little further to check it out.

Now called the Rose, this pub has attentive staff, is clean, efficient and above all provides a fantastic pint of Doom Bar as well as excellent on tap heineken export. This pub certainly deserves its 4 pinter if not more.
If I had to be critical the food was only 'good' as opposed to 'great' (do some proper chips please) but this is more at the pub end of the gastro-pub spectrum.
It's not a characterful old London boozer, if thats what you are after, but as a great place for a pint and a chat with food brought to your table I cant think of anywhere better I've been this year.
A bit off the beaten track but well worth seeking out. I'd give it 4 out of 5 and will be returning.
