Overview
The recently refurbished Great Eastern pub offers up a new local drinking establishment to the Isle of Dogs, while maintaining a traditional British pub charm.
Formally The Waterman's Arms, this East End Pub has an impressive history! Previously owned by Daniel Farson, it saw the likes of Clint Eastwood and Julie Garland drink and perform here.
The Great Eastern was the largest steam & sail ship ever built on the Isle of Dogs, launching in 1858. What better name is there for a pub with such a grand past.
