Formerly a rather unspectacular pub, it has now been refurbished and relaunched as the Westbourne House. They describe their interior as being "a sophisticated mix of Parisian boutique and Manhattan loft", while the photos we've seen makes it look tacky and rather uncomfortably ostentatious. Cocktails are the order of the day and we imagine young aspirants fill the place at weekends. We'll review it when we can.

For Bayswater and Queensway the directions are the same: turn left out of the tube and walk down Queensway passed Whiteleys Shopping Centre to the junction with Westbourne Grove. Turn left and the pub is soon on the left.
