White Hart, Stoke Newington
FancyaPint?'s review...
A dark, trendy-looking lo-slung couch style pub which, on a number of our visits, has been full to capacity with people watching the football on two large screens (that'll be our fault for continually going on a weekend, it seems). Other times usually find it a pretty chilled out place, especially with the advantage of their impressive nice back garden. There's also a late licence and accompanying DJs, even if the quality and volume of the music played is somewhat variable - at times it can be hard to hear each other speak. It would seem to be a pub which caters to different people at different times, but we prefer the place when its a little less frenetic - say on a sunny midweek afternoon or evening, when our rating usually increases accordingly.
