White Hart, Stoke Newington
A dark, trendy-looking lo-slung couch style pub which, on a number of our visits, has been full to capacity with people watching the football on two large screens (that'll be our fault for continually going on a weekend, it seems). Other times usually find it a pretty chilled out place, especially with the advantage of their impressive nice back garden. There's also a late licence and accompanying DJs, even if the quality and volume of the music played is somewhat variable - at times it can be hard to hear each other speak. It would seem to be a pub which caters to different people at different times, but we prefer the place when its a little less frenetic - say on a sunny midweek afternoon or evening, when our rating usually increases accordingly.

How to find the White Hart pub
From Stoke Newington train station exit left, and follow the road straight (against the one way traffic) and eventually the pub will appear on the right hand side of the road. Its about a 10 minutes walk.
