last rating: last rating: 3 pints

Despite its marginally grating name, is a popular and cool little quasi-bohemian hangout, just outside the usual Hoxton radar. Set among the excellent Vietnamese restaurants which make up much of this little stretch of Kingsland Road, it's a simple place, with a couple of beers of beers on tap and subtle lighting. The relaxed atmosphere and intimate setting make it somewhat of a antidote to the other more frenetic bars nearby, although the mood can vary depending on what the DJ is playing that night. All in all, a nice place, worthy of a three pint rating.

We guess the kool katz of Olde Hoxton Town didn't take to Wildcats, as its now closed. Shame, as there was nowt wrong with the place.
