Detailed Description
A small sample from our current menu (all food is home made, locally sourced where possible and fresh!):
Starters: fresh Newlyn crab and advacado salad with a citrus dressing, chef's chicken liver pate with red onion marmalade, spinach and parmesan frittata with dressed mixed leaves
Mains: pan fried chicken breast served on a bed of sweet potato mash with garlic, mushroom and bacon sauce, local fillet of pollock in Cornish Rattler batter served with handcut chips and homemade tartare sauce, roasted red pepperstuffed with mediterranean cous cous and topped with grilled goats cheese
Desserts: vanilla and Baileys panacotta with raspberry coulis, warm chocolate brownie with vanilla ice cream, strwberry cheesecake with clotted cream
Cask Beers: Tribute (always on), Proper Job, Black Prince, HSD, other guest beers, Lagers: Carlsberg, San Miguel Other: Guinnness, Cornish Rattler cyder
