Keith Gilbody, 53, of Branston Road, Uppingham, was found guilty of assaulting by beating at The Royal Oak, Queen Street, Uppingham, on December 18 last year. He was finded £165 and must pay £100 compensation, £380 costs and a £20 victim surcharge.
OUR VIEWS
Mr. Gilbody remains a customer at The Royal Oak, while the victim of the
unprevoked attack has been barred from entering the establishment.
Do we want to drink in a local pub, where we bring our family that allows and accept this behaviour ?
