The Star is a nice little pub just off the market square in Petworth. The food is traditional and really tasty and the pub offers a good range of beers as well as full wine list. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the staff have always been friendly when ever I have been to the Star. If you have children they are very happy to see you and they welcome families and the locals don't seem to mind. If your in the area its well worth a visit...
