During spring, summer, and autumn The Crown comes alive, as groups of travellers visit us for drinks, food and shelter. There is a large beer garden with an unrestricted view of Pen-y-ghent at the rear. This rural inn is popular with those attempting the Yorkshire Three Peaks challenge. (3 within 12 hours)

During winter the bar is particularly cosy, as our real log fire gives off a warm welcoming glow.
