Always felt that this pub was either a stop off before going to the cinema, or somewhere to wait before catching a bus.
The somewhat 1950s feel of the place has in recently years undergone an illadvised revamp of sorts - with what looks like a giant flake has been stuck to the ceiling of the lounge
