We're getting to you - but this is what the Kings Arms have to say about themselves:
Hidden away in the centre of Tring's 'Old Triangle' lies the The King's Arms Freehouse. Family-run since 1981 and rooted in the community, we offer the best choice of beers, ciders and imported lagers in the area. We have built a reputation over nearly 30 years for real ales and genuinely home cooked meals - traditional, modern and exotic. We care about beers and we care about food; you'll find we know what the beers taste like, and can offer advice and samples. We also know what's in our food and how it tastes; we made it, we eat it ourselves and the recipes are largely ours!

As Local Camra pub of the year 5 times since 2002, we suspect that the beer is pretty much top notch - we'll be there soon!

John, Vicki & family have run this fantastic pub for over thirty years and their personality shines through in every . Beers are varied regularly, but always well kept. Food is homemade, reliably good (no chips here!), and the welcome is everything you would hope from a friendly community pub.

I hope to move back to Tring one day, just so I can call this place 'my local' once more.
