The Granby is an attractive traditional style pub on the High Street in Uppermill. Three separate rooms and simple furnishings made this a refreshing change after encountering a couple of poorly refurbished pubs nearby. There were a healthy four ales on during our visit and the bar staff were friendly in helping us choose which to sup. Indeed, the locals sat around the attractive U shaped bar were also in good spirits. Arguably the best of the five pubs in Uppermill.
