An excellent pub with great food at very reasonable prices despite being so close to Ascot racecourse. It's a perfect pub setting, and a great pub layout. There's like a public bar area, a saloon bar area, and a large-but-cosy restaurant area.
We go here quite often, taking the kids for a pub meal on occasions, or just the two of us or with friends for a nice a la carte meal.
A good choice of beers, with a decent spread real ales and lagers.
Their website is very good - www.thedukeofedinburgh.com.
Worth a visit!
