Abney Park
Abney Park in Stoke Newington, north-east London, UK is a historic parkland originally laid out in the early 18th century by Lady Mary Abney and Dr. Isaac Watts, and the neighbouring Hartopp family. In 1840 it became a non-denominational garden cemetery, semi-public park arboretum, and educational institute, which was widely celebrated as an example of its time. Abney Park, or Abney Park Cemetery, is one of the Magnificent Seven, seven cemeteries used by the citizens of nineteenth century London.
Pubs are listed by their pint rating (highest first) and then in alphabetical order - the better pubs (in our opinion) appear at the top of the list.
