Tower of London
The Tower of London is a historic monument located on the north bank of the Thames. In history, the Tower was primarily used as a fortress, a royal palace and a prison where many famous people were executed, including Anne Boleyn, Henry the VIII's second wife. It is famously guarded by the Yeomen warders, or Beefeaters as they are more commonly known, and stores the Crown Jewels.
Pubs are listed by their pint rating (highest first) and then in alphabetical order - the better pubs (in our opinion) appear at the top of the list.
If you spot a misplaced pub, you can tell us where it should be using this form. If you have any feedback on the maps, or anything else for that matter, please email editor@fancyapint.com.
