picture of White HartThe formula's becoming more and more familiar as M&B converts more pubs to this winning format, but that doesn't mean we're getting tired of it. And why should we, when you are offered excellent hand-pumped beers, a very extensive range of continental beers (with all kinds of exotic stuff such as Fruli) a decent wine list and decent food? Add to this a comfortable, friendly environment and decent service and you don't mind that bit extra on the price for the extra you get in return. If it does have a downside and that's the fact that this pub is even more popular than it used to be. But if you get in early and snaffle a settee or corner table, you're going to be happy here.
