We always used to avoid Taylors in Streatham for two reasons: - it's located next door to the "Worst Pub In The World" and Taylors itself used to be an O'Neill's. However a recent mini-refurb tempted us to cross the threshold, and we have to say, we have missed a pretty decent boozer. It's true that you won't find any real ales here, but made do with a decent Guinness. There is a good food menu - and servings are very generous. We couldn't finish our meal as there was so much on the plate, and it's well priced too. Staff are friendly, service is fine, but the pub is quite dark and (until recently) very smokey. All in all, one of Streatham's better venues, and a shame that it is next to Streatham's worst pub
