how to find it:

From the Tube: cross over the main road and go through the shopping centre. Go straight through and turn immediately right out of the shopping centre. The pub is two minutes down on the right.

picture of Yatess Wine LodgeNot for the faint-hearted, this cavernous shopping centre pub on the Broadway in Stratford is quiet enough during the day (if you don't mind the local nutters), but the preponderance of bottled beer, shooters and alcopops available indicate a darker side. Its proximity to local clubs and venues means it fills up with trendies and club goers in the evenings. It does reasonable beer and has an inexpensive and comprehensive menu. Oh, it's got tables on pavement if you want to sit outside.
