From the tube, turn right and walk up the hill for five minutes. When you reach the corner of Wimbledon Common, cross over and walk along the Causeway for a few minutes, before reaching Camp Road; the pub is just ahead of you.

Situated close to Wimbledon Common, this pub covers all bases pretty well. It certainly looks the part from the outside, exuding that well worn feeling of a pub which has sat here since the late 18th century. The interior also retains enough original (well, pre 1970) features to afford it some character. A thirst for draught beer can be quenched by a small handful of real ales, or there's a decent wine list if that's what you fancy. A good range of snacks and main meals is offered, and a big screen TV is situated in the larger of the two rooms for sports and other events. A nice little place to quench your thirst after a Wimbledon Common ramble.
