how to find it:

From Kingston BR station: Exit station and head right, following the main road toward Kingston Bridge. When you get to the Bridge, head down onto the riverside and turn right walking away from Kingston. Follow the path onto Canbury Gardens where you'll find the pub.

Even with beers such as Adnams Regatta and Hancock's SB on tap, this place still has the feel of a café in the park. Light, airy and with a verandah overlooking the river, it's sure to pull in families out for a wander. Not much sign of them on our visit though, as we found it to be that rare beast: the quiet riverside pub. The pubs hosts music nights every Tuesday and Sunday, so expect a livelier atmosphere then. Though as we're talking jazz and blues maybe not by too much.
