From Camden Town tube and head south down Camden High Street. Turn right down Delancey Street where you'll find the pub on the corner of Arlington Road.

Intimate foodie pub that still does a job if you're only after a few snifters rather than a gourmet extravaganza. It's been playing the gastro game longer than most which explains the balance between drinking and dining. Good food and not too precious. The pub gets packed solid at weekends so you might be best off giving it a look of an afternoon. It's the sort of lazy, easygoing pub that's a good one to sneak out of the office for.

We've just heard that its third time lucky for the developers who wish to demolish the building housing the Crown & Goose, possibly along with the neighbouring snooker club. Apparently it's "under-utilised".
