how to find it:

From Carshalton BR, turn right down the path to West Street. Turn left and keep walking down West Street until you reach the main road (Pound Street). Turn left and walk along keeping the ponds on your left. Keep straight on once on the High Street and you'll find the pub on your left.

picture of Fox and HoundsThey certainly try and keep the punters entertained here. Live bands, karaoke, and a fortnightly pop quiz are some of the attractions. But it's a bar with up to ten guest ales on tap that caught our attention. It's a rangy sort of pub too, with plenty of room for the locals. Doesn't really seem the place for a quiet night out, but with the range of entertainment on offer it's a hard one to knock. Standard pub grub menu and outdoor seating too.
