From Carshalton BR, turn right down the path to West Street. Turn left and keep walking down West Street until you reach the main road (Pound Street). Turn left and walk along past the ponds and the church. The pub will be on your right just past the church.

The darkened windows give it the air of 'locals only' and unfortunately that's the feeling we got on entering. Nothing too remiss all in all - TV for the sport, bar food - but you probably have to keep going here for years to get the benefit of it.
