how to find it:
The nearest train station tube is Richmond, but as Ham is a good 25 minute walk away it's hardly close. Your best bet is probably to head to the river from Richmond tube then head left along the riverside or Petersham Road. You'll see the pub when Petersham Road turns right into Petersham itself. If you don't fancy the stroll the No. 65 bus from Richmond stops outside the pub.

i can not believe the small size of portions advertised as sunday lunch, twice the price of any other pub lunch.sloppy carrot mash, badly cooked roast potatoes, what there was, sprouts under cooked.overall a througly unpleasant experiance will not rush back. ps.have been here many times in the past, but no more.posted by n123 - Sunday 20th January, 2008, 11:31pm
I am not sure this is a family pub anymore. They provided a high chair and smiling staff and thats about it! £7 for one fish cake with lettuce and tartare sauce and the kithen couldn't even do some extra vegetables. We had a walk and came back for desert in the garden. The manager sent one of his staff to tell us that our children had to stay sitting down at the table and not wander around - rather rude and strange we thought after we had spent £150 for 4 adults and 2 children.2 comments on this pub - why not add your own?
