picture of The ArchersA pub at the Aldgate end of Brick Lane that quells the thirst of pre and post-curry drinkers. Handy enough for the job it does, solid in all departments, though you might find it a bit wee if you're in a big group. It hasn't changed in a long time, which is more than can be said for the nearby Seven Stars (now boarded up, but it went from a strip pub to a café-bar as the area trendified).
