how to find it:
From Maze Hill train station, turn right and walk down the hill to Trafalgar Road. Turn right and cross over the road, before turning left into Christchurch Way. Continue down, turning left into Pelton Road. The Pelton Arms is then a short down on the right hand side.

If you find yourself walking along the Thames in the Greenwich area, this is a decent pub worth dropping into. Far away enough from the tourist catchment area but just a short walk away, the Pelton is usually quiet. The pub is a spacious, relaxed saloon for drink and conversation. There is a large TV screen for watching sport at one end, but it is only serviced by a couple of sofas and so does not overwhelm the rest of the pub. The Sunday lunches here are good and reasonably priced too.
