The Salutation is a pretty decent pub, with a rather unusual Edwardian tiled facade. It serves excellent Fuller's beers accompanied basic pub grub. It has an airy feel, helped by the conservatory and sizeable beer garden at the back. There's a big screen with Sky for the footy (and other sports). It's a jolly good pub (especially to while away a Saturday afternoon) in an area lacking in them - proving it can be done.
