how to find it:

It's a 15-minute walk or so from Willesden Green tube: turn left out of the station, and turn left again when you reach Cricklewood Broadway. Or you could take bus 266 instead, or it's a shorter walk from Cricklewood Thameslink station.

No real ales behind the bar may not entice you, however, and wine drinkers will find the selection perfunctory. It's an average pub that does a job for locals, but it is otherwise unlikely to etch itself in the memories of visitors.
