how to find it:

Leave Mile End Station turn left and cross Mile End Road at the lights. Carry straight on up Grove Road until just before you get to the junction with Roman Road. Carry on up Roman Road for a short while and go into the Bow Wharf complex, walk through it, past the little units and you'll see it on your right. You can also walk up the canal towpath from Mile End, which is nice.
