how to find it:

This pub is the back streets between Park lane and Curzon street (not far from the Hilton). It's not really close to any of the tube stations and I usually get lost looking for it.

Eating at the Red Lion ... we last ate here on 24/1/2008

There's a separate restaurant, but there's also food served in the bar - sandwiches, pies scampi and chips etc. Not gourmet food, but decent enough.
