From Streatham Hill Station, turn left and walk down Streatham Hill. Turn left down Streatham Place and then right down New Park Road. The Hand in Hand is a couple of minutes' walk on your right.
The Hand in Hand is a pleasant surprise to find on the back streets of Streatham. This deceptively large pub has everything you could wish for - table football, pool, jukeboxes, multiple fireplaces, and a screen for watching sports that is huge even by most pub standards. It's a stylish place, with a massive range of drinks and quirky yet chichi décor. In fact, it's almost as though it was removed from its former home by a Wizard-of-Oz style tornado and dumped down randomly in Streatham, minus any annoying clientele. Somewhere in Fulham there's a gaping hole in the street and a lot of confused regulars. The Hand in Hand is a real find, and well worth a look-in if you're in the area
