how to find it:
This is deepest Norfolk. You almost certainly need a car, or a boat, or like lengthy walks, to get here.
This is a friendly, traditional, village pub in what claims to be the closest broadland village to the coast. It's a two-room affair and, as you would expect of a good country pub in Norfolk, offers a selection of Woodeford's finest real ales alongside other beverages and foodstuffs. As the village is remote even for the Broads (and the pub is a bit of a walk inland from the nearest staithe) , the pub is rather more geared up to locals than many pubs within easy reach of boating visitors, but welcomes all-comers. The pub has a fair bit of charm; the bar staff are notably friendly, and, come winter, there's a log fire. All perfectly agreeable, then.
