Mariners, Limehouse  

Plonked on a rather unappealing stretch of Commercial Road, the Mariners is a refreshingly normal pub. The decor is light and airy but not too much so, there's an acceptable range of drinks and a good mix of punters. It might not quite merit a three pint rating as there's nothing that amazing here, but due of a relative lack of worthy options nearby its certainly a worthy option for a drink. Failing that, take a stroll down to the pubs on nearby Narrow Street.
