picture of The BankThere are very, very few pubs in this neck of the woods and so it must be rather unfortunate to have a Barracuda chain pub as the only option for a drink. Converted from a grand looking bank, its a rather down-at-heel but adequate pub catering to a gaggle of regulars and locals. With a couple of ales on the pumps and some basic pub grub its OK to pop in here if you're waiting for a delayed train from New Southgate station, which is over the road - just don't expect the time of your life.
