The worst time to visit this pub is at 6:30 on Friday night in summer. It will be absolutely packed with tourists, office workers celebrating the end of another week and people on their way out for the night. The rest of the time it's just full. It's an easy place to find (hence it's a useful rendezvous) and it's not too bad a pub in itself - despite the All Bar One look. It's a Young's pub after all - but the endless tides of people coming in and out throughout the day don't make this the place for a relaxing pint. it's no surprise to see all of Young's beers on tap here, though we weren't expecting the extra pump dispensing Pimm's... Must be a sign of the times.
