only just discovered this pub after a year of working 100 yards away. have to agree with the reviewer: the staff are extremely friendly and make going there a pleasure. the food menu is reasonable, as is the beer selection (although not spectacular on the ale front), but overall it makes for a welcome alternative to most of the other fleet street fare...only one comment, so far on this pub - why not add your own?
