No prizes for guessing the theme of this pub - sacre bleu! c'est Canada! You don't have to drink Molson, watch the ice hockey or wear a checked shirt, to come here, but if you haven't got an interest in things Canadian, you'll naturally find yourself in the minority here. The staff are attentive (if not necessarily Canadian), though service can be little slow when it's crowded - which is quite often. There are untypical beers on offer - particularly the Sleeman's Honey Brown Lager on tap and now IPA; wines and spirits are also on offer. It's one of those Covent Garden fixtures that's pretty much unchanged over the years.

Went to this pub to watch the recent England match. Lots of screens, but the manager refused to turn the commentary up above a whisper! He claimed it was as loud as the system could go, but as soon as the final whistle was blown, the music came on at full blast. They need to sort the sound out if they want to be taken seriously as a sports bar. Good waitresses though.
only one comment, so far on this pub - why not add your own?
