From Leicester Square: Take the Covent Garden exit from the station and turn right into St Martins Lane. Pub should be visible. From Covent Garden: Turn left into Long Acre and proceed down until you reach St Martins Lane. Turn left and the pub is straight ahead.

picture of Angel and CrownThis pub is quiet enough, considering its location. It does get busy later in the evening, but not bad early on. They do food in the bar and in the first floor restaurant which can also be hired as a function room. The beer is reasonable, there's music, games. Unfortunately, also due to its location, it's let down by its somewhat transient clientele.
