how to find it:

Knightsbridge: Take the Harrods exit from the station turn left down Brompton Road. The pub is just down the road on the left. If you take the Sloane Square/Harrods exit, turn left out of the station again and turn left down Brompton Road. Continue on past Harrods and the pub is further down the road on the left. South Kensington: Take the Thurloe Street exit and head up Exhibition Road toward the museums. Turn right into Thurloe Place and carry on until it joins Brompton Road. Head up Brompton Road (bear left on it) towards Harrods and the pub is straight ahead on the right.

Architecturally, the Bunch of Grapes is excellent. Most of the features are 19th Century and the pub still retains vestiges of the public bar and snug. Nice. The Bunch of Grapes offers an upstairs restaurant, a range of decent drink, bar food and unobtrusive music for your enjoyment and the only downside is that it's located in a heavily touristy area (and shoppers), which, as ever, results in a very transient clientele and a constant tide of traffic in and out of the pub. Still, it's worth chancing a look if you're in need of refreshment.
