Oh no what has happened to this place? I've being going to this pub on and off for the last ten years but never ever has it been this bad.
Hopeless clock watching bar staff with a couldnt be *rsed attitude and a manager who despite 4 customers all complaining to her to "close the doors its snowing outside we are freezing" insisted on bizarrely keeping them open because her pub was 'smelly'. Yes I know, wierd.
The weirdness continued with overly loud music and some very dubious characters collecting glasses whilst bellowing into their mobiles in russian.
Even the beer wasnt as good as it used to be, most of the pumps being off, so it was Adnams or... well Adnams really.
They have done up the Gents though, so that must make all the difference.
Go elsewhere, there are plenty of good pubs in that area, this sadly is no longer one of them.only one comment, so far on this pub - why not add your own?
